Dosage

- The usual dose is 0.25 mg twice a week, which may be increased every 4 weeks as needed, up to 1 mg twice a week.

- It should be used with caution in patients with a history of Raynaud’s syndrome, stomach ulcers, or bleeding in the stomach or intestines.
